Congratulations to Transition Year student, Daragh Murphy, who has won third place at the National Press Pass Awards for his wonderful photo of a chaffinch (featured above) taken at Kylemore Abbey, Connemara. Daragh beat over 200 entries from across the country to win the award.
The Press Pass awards ceremony took place on March 14th 2016 at the Convention Centre in Dublin. Damien English T.D., Minister for Skills, Research & Innovations was guest of honour and presented the awards to the winning students.
