The Coláiste Iognáid Debating Society visited The Department of Foreign affairs and the Dáil on October 23rd. They were guests of John Concannon, director general of Global Ireland who gave them a private tour of Iveagh House and Deputy Hildegarde Naughton TD who brought the group to Leader’s Questions at theDáil. They also took the opportunity to visit the National Archeology Museum. The twenty-five debaters were accompanied by Ian Jackson nSJ and teacher Matthew Harrison.
